Due to Decisions rapid growth in the European market, we’re looking for a German speaking Customer Success Manager. This role will be an integral part in ensuring that our customers experience the full value of Decisions. Our Customer Success Managers bridge the gap between sales and support, ensuring customer growth and client retention.
What will your job responsibilities be?
- Drive increased contract value of Decisions existing clients
- Manage and reduce client churn
- Drive customer satisfaction and experience
- Ensure a great onboarding phase for Decisions’ customers
- Be an advisor, educate and build relations towards clients and users
- Function as the point of contact for both potential and current customers
- Own the customer success metrics of your client portfolio
Who do we think you are?

In addition, we believe the following experience and skills would be a good fit:
- 3 – 5 years of client-facing experience in a SaaS or similar B2B set-up
- Proven track record for customer retention and client growth
- Experience with Microsoft 365 is a plus, as Decisions are fully integrated
- Interested in learning new technology
- Fluent in German, both written and verbally
